A simple recycling solution

Each year Swedish farmers, growers, horse-owners and others handle large volumes of used plastic from silage film, bags and horticulture film as well as drums used for oil, pesticides, ensiling agents and cleaning fluids. Svensk Ensilageplast Retur AB (SvepRetur) is an industry-owned materials company charged with responsibility for collection, on a non-profit basis, of such plastic waste, ensuring that it is recycled in an environmentally adapted manner. On this website you will find up-to-date information about us and our operations.

Becoming part of our collection system is simple. Handling used plastic does not require any great effort. Simply follow our step-by-step-instructions.

Collection takes place over a two-day period in May-August. On one of the days the collection point is open in the evening or on a Saturday.

Collection also takes place during the autumn, around October/November. There could be local deviations.

Times and venues for spring and autumn collection are published on this website after March 1 and September 1 respectively. The collection points are manned throughout the whole collection period.

Collection is dealt with on a contract basis by Ekmaco ReAgro AB through franchisees (farmers) throughout the country. All you need to do is to hand in your sorted plastic products at one of the prenotified collection points. The collection points are manned throughout the whole collection period.

Collection is financed through a recycling charge imposed on the products, which is debited on purchase. Consequently, there is no charge when you hand in the plastic for recycling at the specified collection points.
